At Remus Uomo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return any unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Complete the Return Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying the items you wish to return and the reason for the return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags still attached, and place them securely inside a mailing bag along with your completed return form.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
